近日，龍合智能與龍巖學院合作共建的“福建省焊接質量智能評估重點實驗室”（以下簡稱實驗室）順利通過福建省科技廳的驗收并獲得授牌。

“福建省焊接質量智能評估重點實驗室”是由我公司牽頭與龍巖學院物理與機電工程學院合作共建的省級重點實驗室，旨在為我市乃至我省機械制造企業提供機械產品焊接內在質量管控所遇到的“痛點”問題，在超聲波無損檢測技術的研究與開發、紅外無損檢測技術研究與開發、質量評估的圖像化與智能化等三大方向開展實用性、創新性研究和共性、關鍵技術問題攻關。經過3年時間的建設，實驗室取得了豐碩的成果：先后承擔省廳級核準立項科研項目8項；為包括福建易動力科技、龍巖暢豐汽車、龍巖衛東新能源、龍凈環保、龍巖海德馨、廈門金龍旅游車等10余家企業提供包括焊接工藝診斷、焊接技術人才培訓等無償技術服務，培養國際焊接技師1人、國際焊工32人；實驗室研究成果實現產業化轉化2項，即：金屬結構焊縫超聲無損檢測系統和汽車懸掛點焊質量監測系統等。
