第四屆全國工業車輛標準化技術委員會成立大會暨四屆一次會議于2023年11月22日至24日在浙江省長興縣召開，參加本次會議的有行業協會、地方特檢院、工業車輛制造商、高等院校、檢驗檢測機構、零部件供應商、用戶等在內的全國51家單位共62名代表。國家市場監督管理總局標準技術管理司處長曹一丁、中國機械工業聯合會副總工程師譚湘寧、浙江省市場監督管理局特設處副處長鄭建偉、長興縣委書記石一婷和龍合智能裝備制造有限公司董事長楊靜應邀出席了會議。

楊靜參加此次大會，連任當選該委員會的委員，并作《工業車輛標委會屬具工作組2023年度工作總結及2024年度工作安排》的報告，向與會者分享了2023年屬具工作組在推進重要標準的立項、標準制修訂、屬具工作組的組織建設等方面所取得的成績，并分別就標準制修訂、復審、體系建設、組員培訓情況、國際標準化工作及2024年工作安排做了詳細報告，上述報告順利通過了全體委員的審議。

迄今止，楊靜已連任兩屆工業車輛標委會屬具工作組組長，同時也連續擔任兩屆全國工業車輛標委會委員，為全國工業車輛領域的標準化工作貢獻了自己的力量：主導或參加國際、國家、行業、地方和團體標準的制修訂工作共31項，舉辦標準討論會7場，承擔屬具工作組的創辦和建設任務等。

未來，楊靜帶領龍合智能，一如既往地為提高中國工業車輛行業標準化水平及未來發展樹立新的標桿而不懈努力！
