培訓過程中，禮儀老師憑借豐富的培訓經驗，結合公司實際，采用場景模擬、現場示范等方式，從形象管理、客戶拜訪、會務安排、商務接待等方面，向參訓人員進行細致講解，讓學員們將所學知識融會貫通，應用到工作實踐中。

在禮儀老師的講解示范下，學員們認真聆聽、積極回答、反復練習并踴躍上臺參與互動演練，從而更深刻地理解和熟練掌握了商務禮儀行為規范。參訓員工表示，要把所學“內化于心、外化于行”，爭做明禮重儀的專業職場人，以更加專業的職業素養彰顯龍合文化。
